By card. After you place your order, you enter your card on Stripe’s secure checkout page — we never see or store your card details. Crypto prices are shown as live estimates next to USD prices, but crypto checkout is not available yet.
All apparel is made to order — nothing is sitting on a shelf. Your piece is produced by our shop partner after checkout, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production before it ships. Shipping time after production depends on the carrier and your address.
All sales are final on store merchandise. Marketplace purchases are between the buyer and the seller — RETROKINGZ runs the marketplace and collects a 7% fee but is not a party to marketplace returns. Premium subscriptions can be refunded within 72 hours of purchase. Full details are on the Returns Policy page.
Signing up is free, and every subscriber gets access to the community blog. Premium unlocks the custom design tools and the AI generator (custom tees, hats, shoes, and more).
List your sneakers or collectibles with real photos (1–8 required) and an honest description and price. When your item sells, RETROKINGZ collects a 7% marketplace fee. You set the price — condition and authenticity claims must be accurate.
After your card payment completes on Stripe, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and a notification in your Live Inbox. If you don’t see the email, check spam, then contact support.
Marketplace listings must show real photos and accurate descriptions. If a listing looks off, report it to support before buying.
