RETROKINGZ operates an online marketplace where independent sellers list sneakers and buyers purchase them. RETROKINGZ is the platform, not the seller, on marketplace orders: the purchase contract is between the buyer and the seller. RETROKINGZ collects a 7% marketplace fee on completed sales.
RETROKINGZ never takes physical possession of marketplace items — they ship directly from the seller to the buyer — and we do not perform in-hand verification of items. Our AI photo legit checker gives an automated assessment based on photos submitted by users; it is a screening tool, not a certificate of authenticity, and it does not guarantee that any item is genuine. If an item you receive is not as described, contact support and we will help you resolve it with the seller.
Signing up for a RETROKINGZ account is free. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Premium unlocks AI and custom design tools plus the Shop Any Store concierge. Premium is billed automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing. Premium subscriptions can be refunded within 72 hours of purchase — after 72 hours, all sales are final.
All sales are final, including store inventory (vintage and resell — items cannot be restocked once worn or handled) and marketplace orders. Payments are processed by card through our payment processor; RETROKINGZ never sees or stores your full card number. If your order never arrives or arrives damaged, contact support and we will make it right. See our Returns Policy for details.
Concierge is a premium member service: you provide a link to an item at another store, pay the vendor price plus a 7% service fee, and RETROKINGZ purchases the item on your behalf and ships it to you. Availability depends on the vendor; if we cannot fulfill your request, you will be refunded.
Sellers must list only items they own, with accurate photos, descriptions, sizes, and condition. Counterfeit items, misleading listings, and fraud will result in removal and account termination. You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or break the law using our services.
